THE 2ND ANNUAL DIRECTV “CELEBRITY BEACH BOWL” PRESENTED BY SPIKE (DAYTIME)
Located within the Southbridge development adjacent to the 944 Super Village, the 2nd annual DirecTV 'Celebrity Beach Bowl' presented by Spike united celebrities and professional athletes on one playing field to compete in the ultimate flag football game. The event was hosted by Arizona Cardinals’ Quarterback, Matt Leinart, and featured a live performance by Fall Out Boy. The event was created by Miami Marketing Group and Access West Marketing.

PARIS HILTON HOSTS 944 MAGAZINE SIX-YEAR ANNIVERSARY (EVENING) Paris Hilton hosted the 944 Magazine Six-Year Anniversary as the cover girl of the 944 February issue. After 944 Magazine presented Hilton with a 5 ft. birthday cake showcasing the starlet’s 944 Magazine cover, she took the stage for a five-song impromptu concert singing songs from her debut album, “Paris”

PONTIAC PRESENTS 50 CENT PERFORMING ON THE PONTIAC GARAGE STAGE (EVENING)
Pontiac presented 50 Cent performing on the Pontiac Garage Stage at the Super Village. Some of the nation’s leading DJ talent, DJs Reach and Vice, rotated on the turntables throughout the evening. At midnight, Martini & Rossi hosted a Champagne toast to celebrate 944 Magazine’s Six-Year Anniversary in their hometown of Phoenix, Arizona.

OFF THE FIELD PLAYERS WIVES ASSOCIATION FASHION EXTRAVAGANZA (DAYTIME)
For the seventh consecutive Super Bowl, Off The Field presented the Professional Football Players Wives Association’s Annual Fashion Show Extravaganza to benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The event included a silent auction featuring collectable sports memorabilia, vacation getaways and shopping sprees, followed by brunch, a live auction and runway fashion show featuring 50 stunning models from the football wives association representing all teams in the NFL. Pat Smith, wife of legendary Emmitt Smith, emceed the event.

NATIONAL CHAMPION MOTO TRIALS RIDER GEOFF AARON PRESENTED BY RED BULL (DAYTIME)
Red Bull brought a little piece of the X Games to the Super Village with 10-Time National Champion Moto Trials Rider, Geoff Aaron. Aaron performed two 20-minute moto trials stunt shows on Friday, Feb. 1, with an autograph signing following each show.

KIDS BOWL 2008 (DAYTIME)
As part of their youth leadership development initiatives, the Pat Tillman Foundation kicked-off sports and fitness clinics run by NFL athletes for elementary school students, Boys and Girls Clubs after-school programs and the Special Olympics of Arizona. The event was highlighted by live music and special activities. The Pat Tillman Foundation seeks to carry forward Pat Tillman’s legacy by inspiring and supporting young people to promote positive change in themselves and our communities.

VICKS EARLY DEFENSE TAILGATE PARTY BENEFITING PAT TILLMAN FOUNDATION (DAYTIME)
Vicks Early Defense, the official hand sanitizer of the Super Village, partnered with Laila Ali (host of American Gladiators) to bring fans of opposing teams together for some good, clean, fun at a tailgate party featuring food, live music and activities following Kids Bowl 2008. Laila showed fans the best way to defend themselves – both on and off the field – and then kicked-off the event with the ultimate show of sportsmanship – the handshake. Special performances by Kelley Jones, Soul Stash, Fred Green and Violet Wild kept the entertained as the activities continued through the day.

'CELEBRITY NIGHT AT THE TABLES' CHARITY POKER TOURNAMENT and WYCLEF JEAN (EVENING)
944 put on its game face for a celebrity poker tournament featuring cast members from the major motion picture, “The Grand,” and national poker legends. The poker tournament was in partnership with One Five Foundation to benefit the Boomer Esiason Foundation and Junior Achievement of Arizona. Players included Paris Hilton, Mekhi Pfeiffer, Boomer Esiason, Dan Majerle, Matt Williams, Eric Byrnes, Colt Brennan, 2007 World Series of Poker Champion, Jerry Yang, 2006 World Series of Poker Champion, Jamie Gold, 2004 World Series of Poker Champion, Greg Raymer, Chris Ferguson, Vanessa ‘Lady Maverick’ Rousso and Chad Brown.

The exciting fight card for Saturday afternoon included the following boxers, ranging from former #1 contender and middleweight top prospects, to veteran journeyman and undefeated welterweight prospects: Former #1 contender Héctor Camacho Jr., middleweight top prospect Carlos De Leon Jr., veteran journeyman Dhafir Smith, undefeated welterweight prospect Marvin Cordova Jr., Darien Ford, Alexis Hloros, Angel Flores, Akinyemi Laleye and Dante Moore.

JULIETTE AND THE LICKS, VELVET REVOLVER AND PAUL OAKENFOLD (EVENING)
On the eve of Saturday, Feb. 2, 944 Magazine turned heads for a back-to-back live concert with Juliette and The Licks – actress Juliette Lewis best known for her roles in “The Other Sister” and “Natural Born Killers” – and the kings of rock ‘n’ roll, Velvet Revolver. Velvet Revolver — led by former members of Guns N’ Roses, Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum, and Scott Weiland from the Stone Temple Pilots – was followed by one of the world’s most influential DJs and music producers, Paul Oakenfold.

THE ROXY THEATRE PRESENTS CISCO ADLER, ANDRE LEGACY, DIRTY NASTY, MICKEY AVALON (EVENING)
Los Angeles’ infamous beat boys took the stage with some of their friends for the official Closing Night Party of the Super Village. Talent included former Whitestarr frontman, Cisco Adler, white rap sensation, Mickey Avalon, Andre Legacy and Dirty Nasty.
