Sanctuary by design
Located in the center of the SuperBowl Village in Scottsdale, AZ, the Rolf’s Celebrity Sanctuary served as a functional full-service luxury Green Room for media and celebrity performers during pre-game entertainment and festivities. For example, 20 top stylists from Rolf's Salon were available to design and apply Paris Hilton's hair and makeup for the night.
Additionally the Celebrity Sanctuary served as:
Beauty and Relaxation Center: a full-service beauty and relaxation center to help media and celebrity performers decompress and recharge from their demanding schedules.
Exclusive Meet-and-Greet: a place for high-level meet-and-greets with associated negotiations.
Broadcast Hub: the central broadcast and interview location for media outlets seeking the “inside story”.
The Celebrity Sanctuary was open during the day for press tours, interviews, and VIP private meetings. Full lounge, beauty, and relaxation services were available each evening from 6 pm to 1 am.
Covering more than 3,000 sqft the Celebrity Sanctuary was divided into four symbiotic centers: The Media Center, Social Center, Fashion Center, and Relaxation Center. Each offered unique branding opportunities. REDKEN was featured as our celebrity product partner, and the only product line recommended by our stylists.
Rolf’s Celebrity Sanctuary participants included 944 Magazine, Pontiac, Sprint Mobile, DirectTV, EventEleven, Trump Corporation, and R-Entertainment to redefine the Celebrity Green Room. In addition to becoming a permanent fixture of the Super Bowl, this concept is to be adapted and exported to the following high-profile events: the Academy Awards, the Grammy’s, Sundance, and the FBR Open.
