To ensure that the event team's work always hits the mark, Rolf Lohse applies a tailored combination of quantitative and qualitative pre-and post-event modeling tools. When fiinished, to maximize gain, each event is debriefed with a spirit of open creative collaboration.

Event production tests leadership

Even with a rich network of production partners, Rolf Lohse Global has always executed the lionshare of event production in-house. Many events, when carefully balanced with existing roles and responsibilties, provide excellent opportunities to build esprit de corps and reinforce brand loyalty among employees. Cross-training and conceptual 'stretch goals' allow employees the chance to demonstrate capabilities under a wide array of production conditions.

A Creative Bench

In large, Rolf Lohse events incorporate the majority (100 plus) of our employees who perform critical roles on-stage and behind the scenes. Within our company, all of the following can be excecuted in-house: event design, scripting, casting, staging, direction, set design, lighting, sound design, videography, and post-production.
